messed up order

i had ordered :

1x soe

unscented
1x chikara scented
1x te sandalwood

but receiveed

1x te sandalwood
1x chikara unscented
1x

chikara scented BUT IT WAS EMPTY

it seems like it leaked all over. im pretty upset about this because it was for

a present. could anyone help. so far im missing : soe unscented, chikara scented.

how can we resolve this

matter? please help thanks
