Cloudy SOE?

I have a bottle of

SOE that's about 6 months old. There's only about one third of a bottle left, but for some reason it's turning

cloudy.

Is it possible that something is growing in it? I can only imagine that it picks up bacteria when I roll

it on.

Anybody else have this problem? Should I be concerned? Any ideas?

As you already figured out, when

you roll that little bottle on your arm or neck, it picks up skin, hair, oil, dirt, bacteria, etc., and deposits

them in the bottle. Eventually it gets pretty dad burn gross in there.

Easy solution: don't contaminate the

mothership. Using a pipette or eyedropper, transfer about 1/3 of the contents to an empty SOE bottle thereby keeping

the main supply uncontaminated. Simply refill as needed. You can buy roll-on bottles at organic food stores (EO

section) and LS.

I have a hunch this "problem" may

also be "user specific." I have seen reports of similar or identical problems with roller-bottle SOE, but I never

have had such a problem with any of my SOE bottles (about 3 so far). Now it's possible it's got something to do

with individual skin conditions or environment. Not sure.

I almost always apply my phero products right after I

dry off from my morning shower, so maybe that is a factor. (Not saying you don't shower or have strange skin

Gegogi...). For later in the day applications I usually use spray bottles/atomizers or gel packs (no contact between

original bottle contents and skin).

There could also be the possibility that what is geting into the bottle is

something just "in the air" that gets deposited on the wet roller during the time when the cover cap is off. Where

you live may have something to do with it. Gegogi is in warm humid most of the time Hawaii whereas I live in chilly

dry much of the time Great Lakes area of the US.

I normally apply after a shower

and have few problems with SOE clouding up. However I'm anal retentive and hold the bottle up to the light for

inspections with a 8x loupe. Can't stand to see even one particle. I'm afraid of the things you can't see... I'm

also careful with my other mone products and just about everything I own. I hate dirt and fingerprints, oil, etc.,

on my gear. Also, I have no hair on my arms, so I've actually never seen a hair in my SOE! However some guys look

like they're wearing a hair shirt, so I'm sure arm hairs work in.

My bottle of Perception got really

funky--lots of large floating particles--and I never removed the top or allowed it to touch my skin.
