Good point jdp, since starting
-mone use I've eliminated commercial products, soap and shampoo included.
I just
wanted to give a heads up that has been working very well for me.
I take two showers per day and I've always
put shampoo on my hair morning and night. I recently stopped putting on shampoo in the morning and I've been
getting "a lot" more hits.
I'm thinking if you shampoo your hair too much you'll have less of your own natural
-mones in your hair.
And since I don't put on shampoo in the morning their might be a build up of the previous
nights -mones in your hair.

I just shampoo as much as
necessary, no more. A tad bit of baby powder on the hands and run through the hair near the scalp can spot remove
oil from greasy areas of the hair instead.

I don't think I've ever shampooed
my hair more than twice a week in my life...
For "special events" I might move the date or do an extra shampoo,
but it's usually at least a day or so in advance as it takes my hair that long to "settle down" and not be all
frizzie. I don't see the point in shampooing all the goo out, then putting more goo back in in the form of hair
dressing. I'll use maybe a very small dab of Brillcream (or however it's spelled) mixed with a palmfull of water
in the problem areas and that's it.
Never had much luck using conditioners to control the frizzies either.
Not sure if it has any effect on pheromone effectiveness or not.
The opposite of love isn't hate.
It's apathy.
