Funny experience at work

I work at

a greenhouse and have been there for a couple of years after school in the summertime.. Now I work there full time

and wait to get my real job..
2 days ago I had to work with some kids that works there too.. And normally my boss

goes after them and check what they does and corrects it.. When I came they suddenly worked faster and had much much

less errors and faults..
They didn't talk as much either and seemed very respectful.. WOW!
Didn't have

anything on that day but had used PI and A314 the previous day..

The next day they were more relaxed around me

and they were starting to talk to me and when I talked back they started chatting like before I came

yesterday..
They started to tease me and some name calling but I could take it and turn it against them so it

wasn't funny.. They started talking among themselves and fine.. But then it got really annoying as one was singing

and making bad jokes for hours.. We had a break and I put on 1 drop of A314 and when they came back one came with a

name for me to tease me.. I blew it up and after 30 secs no one of them were being smart ass'es or anything.. Just

working and talking once in a while - just like I wanted it! It was SO funny because when I had to go into another

row and work all I had to do was look at them and they hurried on so I could get past and was trying a little to be

funny and being my friend but only if I accepted it and thought it was funny, else they would just shut up and work

again..
Wow! Have seen great results and strong reactions from A314 and is one of my favorites I use often for

various occasions but have NEVER EVER seen this kind of reactions!

But again they're 14 (2 of them) and 16 (only

1).

If they're young

teenagers all you have to do is show them your backhand and they'll shut up!

I know.. But it wasn't

intended but just noticed the amazing result! Never seen such a strong reaction on mones before...
