See details in your related thread in the Customer Service forum, but we have been taking the loss whenever asked to do so. Some sites warn overseas customers that it is their responsiblity to investigate customs regulations and take the loss, but it doesn\'t seem like good business to me. It just scares the customers about something that happens very rarely anyway. The merchant just ends up losing a lot of customers just to save a few bucks.
