I\'m into it for about 2 to 3 weeks and there was a definite increase in thickness even when limp and I get substantially more solid wood almost within two days of starting with it.... so far so good because that\'s what the product information stated, with growth occuring in the 2nd and third month. yah i hate to admit it as well, but i posted a post some time before asking about the pills as well. but wat i would really like to find out is, does the pill prolongs ejaculation like it states so? premature ejaculation has been a very serious problem in my relationship

The over-the-counter stuff to help premature ejaculation is called 5-HTP. If you went to a doctor, he or she might give you Prozac which does much the same thing.

The mechanism is to increase the brain\'s concentration of an inhibitory neurotransmitter called serotoin. Prozac does that by slowing the rate that the nerve cells clear it away. 5-HTP does it by providing more of the raw stuff that the body uses to make serotoin, technically, 5-HTP is a serotoin precursor.

The effect can be similar to an overdose of Thanksgiving Day turkey - turkey meat also has a serotoin precursor - actually a precursor to 5-HTP.

It will slow you down - way too much and you\'ll notice a decline in libido so you\'ve got to find a balance. It also reduces general irritablity.

Do some more research before you start with the stuff.

PS - Don\'t know if it\'s over-the-counter in Singapore but it is in the States.

Hey Travis! I tried the exercises too and frankly I\'ve seen the same results after a couple of weeks of fairly discomforting exercises with only a couple of days of these pills... basically just harder thicker erections.... I\'m on my third week and basically I just get Good Morning Wood anytime of day, no matter when I took the pills.... I see some noteable improvement in girth both erect and not. So now onto the next stage....so far the results I\'ve seen are exactly what the product advertised for weeks 1-4. I\'ll let you know if there are equally favourable results over months 2-3 when I\'m supposed to notice increased length.

heh, not much scientific evidence there, but if size mostly comes from the spongy tissues swelling up with blood, and if exercises and pills make this tissue swell up and hold more blood, making the penis bigger, I see no reason why this is going to be a permenant effect, pretty much everything in the body is recycled and replaced with new, albeit identical tissues from time to time, and any pill can only have an effect on the natral state of something while its being taken, or its effects are slowly diminishing.

I would be intrested in the experiences of vig-rx users who haddent taken it in 6 mounths - 1 year though.

I too am skeptical of Vig-Rx\'s claims - just don\'t see how it would work.

Apart from the common \"aphrodisiac\" herbs, this stuff has Hawthorn Berry - seems to increase the elasticity of the arteries.

I think everyone is right to be skeptical. I\'ve been taking it for about 6 weeks now and I\'m still somewhat skeptical. There are some very positive effects though. It\'s obvious to me that these pills are increasing my circulation. Aside from getting extremely hard during sex over and over again I also notice my hands are almost always warm. I\'m a smoker and the first thing you realize is how cold the tips of your fingers get when your outside smoking on a cold day. (restricted circulation cuz the carbon monoxide robs your blood of oxygen).... this doesn\'t happen anymore. My hands are toasty warm when others are rubbing theirs to get the blood flowing.
As far as size goes..... I\'d say I\'m creeping up to an extra 1/2 inch already.... might just be the improved circulation again. Is it permanent? Dunno, but I\'m having a lot of fun and enjoying the results I\'m getting. I looked at the formula of Vig-RX, and it does have some things in it which are known to work.

Muria Puama, known as \"potency wood\" is a traditional aphrodesiac (more info here ), and Epimedium Saggittum is a traditional chinese remedy known as Yin Yang Huo, used for treating \'kidney yang deficiency\', ie: lack of male power (more info here ).
