To Bruce - question on delivery cost to Europe

I already asked the same question in a thread below, but since I got no answer I guess it was not seen

...

The system now claims that the cheapest possibility to ship to Europe is 14.50 $.

Is this the

correct rate? That would mean that the US mail has increased their rate by 75% (!) as the original price was 8,25.



Please let me know, if there is any cheaper possibility.

Hello Quaxer,

I'm afraid that is

probably correct. The postal service changed their rates recently. In the US that amounted to a sort of normal

rate increase, but for overseas shipping they increased the rates, AND eliminated some of the shipping options. I

haven't tried it yet myself, but I heard they elimiated the regular first class overseas shipping. That means the

cheapest rate is priority mail. I'll ask Tammy about it, but I think that is now the cheapest option.

shipping rates to the UK - the USPS web site currently gives an 'International Shipping' option of -

'First-Class Mail® International' (much less than $14.50 & up to 4 pounds weight)
It seems that the 'First Class

Mail International' option still exists & could be useful for sending Pheromone Packets to the UK. I was thinking

To be more specific,

your shop gives currently only "priority mail international" as cheapest option. According to the US postal

service web site, there is still the much cheaper "first class mail international".

Just to give an idea on the

pricing for first class mail, an 8 ounce letter to Belgium costs 7,20 $, a 4 ounce letter 3,60. (without really

having a feeling how many ounces a bottle of pheromones weighs on average).

It would be really great if you could

find a cheaper solution with Tammy. I would like to order a bottle of Alpha-7, but at the currently offered

shipping rate, I would probably delay it until I would want to buy more items.
