    Default Extremely Delayed Ejaculation problems

    I've had this problem for many years now. Basically it's the opposite of premature ejaculation. I'd be shagging

    the hottest chick and it'll take me around 6 hours to have an orgasm. This is really causing me worry.

    Does

    anyone have any ideas about how I could speed up?

    It's very, very possible your parasympathetic nervous system could be

    burned out or stressed. This nervous condition is a common sexual problem I have learned about by studying it over

    the years.

    You probably need to take away the stress/adrenaline element, and let your nervous system heal.



    Excessive arousal, stress, drug/alcohol abuse, and overstimulation of the nervous system are some contributing

    factors for some people.

    Explanation of the theoretical background to understanding this, as well as products

    than can help that sort of thing, can be found at actionlove.com.

    The system has worked very well for me.



    For now, you might try three caps of fish oil a day (sexual healing), one cap borage oil (an adrenal tonic) a day,

    and some 5-htp (mood, stress, relaxation support) to get you started in a generic way to deal with that sort of

    thing. This would be similar to a preliminary regimen advocated on the website, and would allow you to get a head

    start while targeting your approach.

    Obviously, you want to avoid stressing your nervous system, and do

    whatever it takes to avoid feeling stress during sexual situations, such as avoiding excessive stimulation.

    The

    healing process can take a while but is well worth it.

    Wow thanks alot Doc. Recently I

    started at a new job, entered a new semester of university and also the said sexual encounter was with someone I

    barely knew. I guess what I need to do is relax a bit.

    It should be noted that 5-htp

    is also used to delay ejaculation, again by relaxing the nerves.

    Sounds counterintuitive, huh?

    However,

    increasing arousal directly, the opposite approach, would only work if you have a healthy nervous system. There are

    diminishing returns with going straight for increased arousal if your PS nervous system is "close to the edge."



    The longevity of your problem makes me think the way I'm thinking about it, as more likely due to

    burnout.

    So the idea is simply to quiet things down in your body so healing can happen.

    Healthy, sensitive

    nerves, such as are present in a pubescent boy, will get you to ejaculation quicker.

    You might find the

    situation better in the morning, after a relaxing sleep. If so, that supports my hypothesis.

    I've had the same problem

    with my first girlfriend years ago - the reason were simply the condoms (or psychological problems related to

    these). As soon as we decided to get rid of them I had my orgasms much earlier. Maybe I just used the wrong condoms

    that took away a lot of the 'feeling'... If you think this could be the cause of your problem, too, maybe try a

    thinner type...

    And to add to the confusion,

    perhaps it due to your whacking off. You may have accustomed yourself to a more firm pressure that your hand

    provides that a normal "kitty", no matter how "tight" can provide.

    if thats the case

    nutrionaly anyone one of those supplements that have "swedish flower pollen" what ever that

    stuff is may help. They describe various things talking about" more powerful orgasms,"shoot like a pornstar " or

    having a "roping effect " . The variuos companys who make these products call them volumizers for sperm production .



    Also there is a drug for parkinsons you could use if you have depression because it is aproved for off lable

    treatment of depression

    In trials, the drug Cabergolin was prescribed to minimise the effects of the hormone

    prolactine, which is produced by men at the point of orgasm

    I completely know what you're going through. When I first

    became sexually active, it took me some time to get accustomed to having sex with a partner. It may sound strange to

    some, but it was a real adjustment for me. With someone else involved, it can be difficult for me to "lose myself"

    in the action... to get outside of my head. Like you, I could go for hours without ever concluding. I found it

    helpful to experiment with positions. You might start experimenting with positions and scenarios that are not overly

    interactive and allow you to find that comfort zone... you can then build from there.

    Interesting thread and information. I've had the same problem with women I've not previously had

    sex with.

    Never any problems whatsoever with women I know, but with someone new I have this inability,

    sometimes with erection, but mostly with ejaculation. I've solved the erection problem with natural supplements,

    but I could never figure out the ejaculation thing.

    My daily life is pretty stressful as a rule, and the

    "burnout" scenario makes sense, and it actually feels like that in certain situations. It feels like there are no

    reserves, and the stress of a new partner is an added weight. Even though the erection and stimulation are great,

    its like I'm not all there enough mentally to get to the edge.

    Edit: And you're right Doc, the next morning

    I'm a rock star, its peaceful and quiet and the day is new. Stress is definitely a killer, even in bed with a

    woman I have experience with.

    I have the

    opposite problem. When I was on high dose of PAXIL I had delayed orgasm. When dose was reduced woody is back to

    full throttle again!

    Quite seriously, have you tried

    Evening primrose oil? Borage oil may be even better.These contain an EFA that the body needs to make a certain

    prostaglandin. They help with PMS in women and delayed ejaculation in men. Don't muck round.. it's only a fat. Try

    about an ounce to start with. Soon the semen will come out (or go in , as the case may be)

    I have found Eve Primrose oil good

    for the health in general; not sure about the specifics.

    You deserve to have a happy sexual life. I advice regular exercise, have healthy diet and drug abstinence.
