Got my stuff today! I put

two separate orders from Love Scent and Love Solutions @ebay before realizing that they were the same. The ebay

store was slightly slower, but still acceptable with the delivery. Too bad the customs held my stuff for 8 days

before shipping out.

The stuff were very well packed, all items individually in bubble wraps and the customer

service always respond within 2 days (by email) with polite and informative answers.

A couple of points for

improvement though:

- One of the cover scents and the atomizer I ordered were missing from the package. I

contacted LS and Tammy replied that the cover scent was on back order and that the atomizer will be sent when the

cover scent is available again. This information should have been put in the package.

- The bottle of cover scent

that was included in the package leaked a bit, but I don't blame LS for that. Since the stuff was so orderly packed

in plastic, the leaking wasn't much of a problem.

As for future orders, I wonder if it's possible to mark the

package as a 'gift' and to write 'cologne' more clearly (the customs contacted me and asked what the contents

were - they couldn't read what was written) on the customs declaration.

All in all, I give my first order(s)

from LS a 9 out of 10. And now on to the fun part ... testing the stuff!
