Problems with ordering Beginners Super Combo

FYI, I had problems getting to the Beginner's Combo screen. It took a long time, and when it finally

did come up, the pictures were all bogoed. It also errored a couple times trying to add to the shopping cart.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I

think it is time for some optimization. Sounds like you got your order OK now, but in the future, avoid selecting

(directly) an item from the "best sellers" area. You can buy those items of course, but it is faster to select them

from their spot in the product type (male, female, scented etc) instead.

Yesterday I tried it about 20 times and it didn't wort either, after about another hour it

was possible to see the page without the pictures, but no possibility to add the item to the shopping card.


Today same problem, I can't access the page.

I used my desktop and even my notebook,

so nothing works so far!!! There are 3 links, all used to link s.o. to the "beginners special" but nothing

works!!!

I could get it to

come up...very slow! Even then the pics were just the boxes with an 'X' in them. It did function for me though

barely.

Have you rebooted your router or Internet modem and cleared your cache/cookies? The site

seems to be acting funky but does seem to work.

I get linked to this page

just one time out of a hundred, seriously.
But when I am on the page, I can't add the item to the shopping

card.
I tried to access the "beginners special" even on another computer!...but it doesn't work. I even changed

the security settings and do accept all cookies.

Nevertheless, I am not the only one who has the problem, when

reading throw other posts, others do have the same problem.

All the 3 links listed below link you to a

different page! Which link did u use to access the page?

Wow, I finally succeeded and added the „beginners special“ to the shopping

cart! Has been a hard time I

won’t delete it from the cart …Forever.

I don't know why, but I personally

always got that page to load very normally. I just had all these same problems including not being able to push the

"add to cart" which should bypass the info page. I trimmed the page down considerably and it is now much better,

but still not normal. Try it now. I think it is workable for the time being. I'll get somebody on it soon as I

can. Let me know if it is better now though.

to access the page, but it still says "page unavailable", but sometimes it does work! Somehow weird

I can get it every time now, but it

is still way too slow. I will get it fixed. You should be able to add it to your cart without seeing the info

page.

FYI: I have been trying to access

this combo for about 3 days on multiple computers. I just now was able to pull up the page. Each time I would get a

time out or nothing would happen. But when it did load, all of the pics loaded fine. I just wanted to give you a

heads up. Thanks B.

Thanks. It is something to do with

the database. Sometimes it runs like lightening; sometimes like molasses. Very sorry. I am trying to get someone

to fix it.

Cool! I am not a web guy, but I

have worked on a few similar systems. Something you can try if you are open to it, create an additional entry, like

an additional combo, same everything, but call it version 2 or backup version.

Sometimes id refs can get

currupted. What I would do, is just that, then post the link to that new product / combo on this thread for us who

have had problems pulling it up, and see if it is fixed by having the new id.

I remember the slow db problem on

this site, but over the past 2 months, I have had zero probs on this site with the exeption of the begginer combo. I

was never able to pull that up without a hundred tries.

Just a suggestion.
