Interesting Research on PT-141

Everyone,

I just came across this interesting article on cnn.com:

It would be really awesome if there was a pheremone product that would work on

the same pathway that PT-141 does. I'm going to see if there are any scientific papers on the

subject.

It was on Yahoo news too. The

only thing I didn't like is that it would be injected or as a nasal spray. Here's the one I

form. At least we know that it can act on the body via the nose.

The nasal spray is intended to get the active ingredient into the

blood stream quickly, which is does quite efficiently. Simply smelling the product would likely not induce the same

result as it clearly needs to enter the bloodstream (i.e. - injection into rats). However, as Bruce mentioned, a

true nasal spray might be a possibility.......NEXT STEP, Trying to get a female to sniff it!

Wonderful! Since losing my

thyroid many years ago, I do not tan. There's an Australian company called Epitan doing some research on that

subject. But something to increase libido and tan all at the same time. It doesn't get much better than that.

stuff is working on the same pathways as mones rather than working on the bloodstream

Probably about five-to-ten years after it

is classified as a date rape drug. If it really works, and if people can find ways to slip it to unsuspecting

women, they will do it.

get it into cologne it would be, well....interesting. Maybe you would get mounted by a human female. Only thing is

we do not have any idea if it has any effect what-so-ever on humans. Hopefully time will tell.

There have been

several publications that I have found on the effect of PT-141 on male sexual disfunction. As for human female

research:

Phase 1B Study - Females: PT-141 was administered to premenopausal women without sexual

dysfunction and was shown to be safe and well tolerated. A secondary endpoint in this study was to assess PT-141's

affect on vaginal blood flow. Results showed a significant difference in the increase in vaginal blood flow in

subjects treated with PT-141 versus placebo.

I can't find a paper to go

with this clinical trial yet.

In upcoming research they plan to conduct a Phase 2 study of female patients

with sexual arousal disorder.

You know,

guys have been dreaming about a "spanish fly" type drug since the beginning of time. I guess this is finally it,

but it seems like the potential for this being used as a "date rape" drug is high. Come to think of it, I wonder if

The stock, (PTN) is traded on the American exchange, it's a

listed stock so it can be purchased through any brokerage (online or brick & mortar).

The product was

developed for men originally, but the trials were so good that in "Phase 2" they were given permission to test on

women also (which has produced equally dramatic results), that's why there is so much publicity on 141 and women

recently, but it is designed for men as not just an erectile dysfunction remedy, but a libido enhancer also (which

would be the first true aphrodisiac ever produced).

As to those that ask why I don't sell the stock? I

believe it will go well over 25 in a couple of years, with a good chance of a stock split (based on the number of

shares that were initially offered in the IPO, reported insider purchases, and probable demand for shares upon USDA

approval). At least that's my belief and opinion.
