Default What products do YOU use?

    Health is a

pretty popular topic. And when looking at all of these products, gimmicks or not, people naturally want to buy them

so they can feel, think, look, and perform better.

For everyone out there, health fanatics or not, what are ALL

of the health products you use day to day or atleast when you can afford them?

Feel free to list any details on

    why and what they do.

    Thumbs up

    Alright well for starters,

Animal Pak multivitamin. At 11 giant pills per serving, it has everything you need to choke and than more.

Seriously though its a very potent multivitamin. Take Maca, Avena Sativa, Horny Goat Weed powders for

libido. Take transdermal 6-OXO and 7-keto-DHEA for testosterone, but changing that soon for Rebound XT and Activate

by Designer Supplements. Also heard great things on Tongkat Ali, but thats later. CEE for muscle (you can get it

cheap at 1fast400.com, 20$ for 500g). For brain currently taking Antiracetam, Pyroglutamic Acid and based on Belgs

recomendations DMAE. Seems to work out extremely fine so far...

    I take a multi vitamin,

Inositol, DMAE, DHEA and L-Arginine. But I also eat a very healthy diet almost completely lacking in processed

foods. The only exception is when we go out to eat. As sick of resturants as we are right now, it may be a while

before we have an urge to do that.
To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.

Diet is OK but not all that

healthy but supplement heavily with a set of soy-based vitamin formulas.
