You must read the same news I

do. It's so sensible sounding that it's no wonder nobody thought of it before.
To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.

It really is the concept of any

diet, if you read the article it mentions that "exercise also helped" which to me means that without it, they

wouldn't have seen such good results, if you aren't a fitness model/bodybuilder/etc, then it really isn't about

fancy diets or anything else, it's about a healthy lifestyle with a "normal" amount of calories and

    activity.

In a way not so surprising.

    I

crave alot of fatty junk food all day and eat it too. But I only crave it because i'm so active, and fat tends to

provide the most amount of energy.

When i'm not active I don't crave that stuff. And I eat less too.

    As a

side note i'm 5'8", white, 22, 155 lbs with a nice stomache. And I basically follow the same philosophies as the

    professor.

My age could be blamed as to why i'm in good shape, even though I never work out, but i've never

gained any weight, ever with the exception of a medication I was once on wich increased my appetite 5x. Once I was

off of the medication I ate normally and what I wanted and lost weight.

One thing that this study doesn't touch

base on is carbs, wich that person is consuming a good amount of. So his body doesn't feel the need to hold onto

    the excess fat.

The only reason atkins diet works with low carb stuff is because you starve your body of carbs,

and they're important source of energy. So your body taps fat instead. Basically manipulating your body.

That's why it takes a while of being on the atkins diet to lose weight but when it comes off, it comes off.

But at the same time it's not exactly healthy to be eating all this low carb stuff. Especially when ALOT of

natural foods have good amounts of carbs in them. Think about it.

Another thing i've thought was funny is

people look at commercials and diet pills, wich yea will help you lose weight. I don't know if they're good for

you, but people think they can get 6-8pack abs taking diet pills alone.

But do you also expect to have a

massive chest and huge biceps/triceps after you drop the weight too? Of course not, abs have to be developed too.

But there is potential for a flat stomache but reguardless your most likely going to have to work the very last of

the fat off unless your dieting like an ethiopian.

Oh and Anna Nicole didn't lose weight just from diet pills

either, even though she endorses a certain brand. Her fat @$$ was desperate, and you better believe she moved around

ALOT to get her old hard body back.

Just a matter of listening to your body and excersizing common sense even

though things you've heard all your life may seem like common sense to you.
