Anyway if I was 18 I would make sure I was exercising regularly, eating healthy first -
eating enough protein with every meal, making sure I got enough water, eating plenty of dark green vegetables and
berries particularly Blueberries, eating low glycemic index carbs, not eating junkfoods, and getting enough sleep
BEFORE resorting to supplements. But if you are too lazy to do that (I was), do the research thoroughly and take the
supplements if you are willing to take the risk.
