Ok, so
long story short, I was driving my hopeful girlfriend's car. I backed up into my car and put a small dent into
both of our cars. I've been dating this girl for a good long while and was thinking of asking her out as a
girlfriend, but now I've got to pull myself out of a *huge* hole here.
She's really angry about it and I
decided after talking with her friend that it would best to send her a rose during the day to break up the tedium of
school. We're both 18 and I'm wondering if ANY of you have made similar mistakes or have an opinion on what I
should do. If there are any potent phrases I should use in my letter, let me know!
I guess I can salvage this
and turn the situation upside down so I'm also wondering if there are any moves that can smooth this over.
I
feel like crap.

There is a cure for electile dysfuntion!!!!
Accidents do happen.
IMHO,
just take responsibility, be a gentleman, and allow time to heal before changing the relationship, unless you get
strong signals otherwise. I'd avoid an emotional rose and send a house plant as a token of good faith and good
will.

Mistakes are an opportunity
to show what a good man you are.
