I've actually been on 100%
raw food for about 6 months some years ago, mainly because of weight issues (I've lost 16 kilos within this time),
and am going back to this from time to time (but mostly not really 100%). In fact, I'm actually on raw food
again.
The guy in the video is not far from the truth, imo. In this half year I've not only lost a lot of
fat, but raised my energy, got significantly healthier, just felt better. My mental health increased, too (this and
my weight brought me to try this stuff again). And it indeed sharpened my senses - unfortunately mainly my nose got
stronger, as I've found the stank of the chemicals in the soap department of the shops sometimes almost unbearable.
But it's really difficult to keep at it when all around you people eat all kind of stuff and every second
day at work people come up to you with cookies, chocolate and what not...
