Default Using The Edge at a prom/dancing-event

visit-red-300x50PNG
Tomorrow I\'ll go to a ball and I\'m thinking about using pheros. Unfortunately my only \"weapon\" is the normal Edge (NOT sandlewood). The problem is that TE smells very heavyly so the chicks I\'ll be dancing with surely would try to get out of the room ;-) Sure, I could cover the pheros with some fragrance, but I also don\'t want to smell like I\'m on the prowl.

I\'m 19 and in my experience even 1 spray is too much for me. For covering purposes I have a nice smelling fragrance/deodorant and a fabric freshener (something like Country Morning).

Would be great if the TE-Specialists could give me some advices.

thanks, Ren

Hey there,

TE even unscented is great. But only do 2 sprays at the most. I would recommend one spray to the naked chest area under clothing, and one spray to your neck chest area, over clothing. Then spray or apply your cologne.

TE unscented does not hold as far as stinky for to long. Most of the initial stink is the alcohol carrier.

I have had great success with TE both scented and unscented.
Have a good time. And remember smile , eye contact, and a little conversation.

Best of Luck

Bruce usually gets stuff to you in three to four days. If you have the time get either JB #1 or JB #2 (I\'d sugguest JB #2. It\'s cheaper and has A-nol, you\'re a young guy). JB #2 is SPMO and NPA mixed at 70%/30% (70% SPMO/30% NPA). SPMO is like $7.00 or so and there\'s a sweet deal on NPA right now. Edge is very difficult to work with so I think this is your best option or have Bruce FedEx it.

Gents,

When I first used TE, I too was a little paranoid about the smell. That\'s when I came up with the idea of spraying it on my shoes. This provides you with some degree of pheromonal deniability. \"Guess I stepped in cat piss or something!\", is a good response in the unlikely event you\'re cornered.

If someone gets close to you, it\'s not likely they\'ll be able to link the scent to you, but they will get the phero effect.

If a girl gets close enough to determine that the aroma is coming from your feet, then the odds are that you\'ve already got her on her knees! .. Oh!..to be 19 again!

If you\'re THAT concerned about the smell, stick to ONE spray, either well covered by cologne on the chest, or straight out of the bottle on your dogs. It DOES seem off the wall, but it works!

Hi all and thanks for the quick responses!

@jambat: the prom is tomorrow, so I don\'t think that the JB I-mix would arrive in time ;-) My last order needed 2 weeks (--> I\'m from Austria).

Oscar, maybe I\'ll try the shoe-trick. Do you guys think that fabric freshener sprayed directly over TE would make the scent go away? I\'m one of the few people who can\'t smell the pheros (I can only smell the alcohol), but a good friend of mine told me that they smelled like piss.

I\'ve applied TE about 20-30 times. Yes, there were results, and they are even getting better and better (so far I got the best results applying about 1/4 of a spray!), but compared to the hits posted in the forum they are very subtle. I\'m just not getting what\'s called a (major) hit.

So I think it\'s time to give another product a try. It seems like the Jambat I-mix kicks ass these days. By the way this mix is also very cheap. Maybe TE contains too much a-none and too less a-nol for guys of my age. I\'ve read that NPA and TE are nearly the same. @jambat: Do you think the APC+TE combination would work as good as the original APC+NPA combination? Which products can you recommend to someone of my age?

Ha! Interesting idea about spraying TE on your shoe! Have you gotten good results with just a spray on the shoe? It seems like you might get pheromone buildup if you spray it on your shoes everyday and never clean them!

truth,

Only ever used this method a few times, and I guess the occassions were far enough apart that buildup wasn\'t a problem. I\'ve always thought that the scent of TE is more like mildewed leather than cat piss anyway! Well, maybe like leather that\'s mildewed AFTER a cat has pissed on it.
That waxy phero buildup,.. You\'ve tried walking it off, you\'ve tried dancing it off, but it keeps on coming back!
