    Folks,

    Due to several factors,

but mostly the apparent lack of interest in the auctions, this will be the last regularly scheduled week of both the

cash and points auctions until such time that a new format has been decided upon.

    The cash auction may be

revived even if not on a regular weekly basis, but it's likely that the points auction is history.

    Given that

this could be last auction for a while, bidding eligibility has been extended to Moderators and employees (although

our in/eligibilty was never actually defined either way.)

So for anyone who wants to see this be an ongoing

feature, I'd strongly encourage you step up and bid.

    Tis a shame ...

I've been waiting to see Andro 4.2, TE, NPA, and AE in the Auction for the longest. I must have missed something.

This is over $250. worth of products

selected entirely on the basis of cost, and a strong likelihood of the first bidder walking away with it for the

minimum opening bid. Need more be said? It was exciting at first, but now we have a handful of folks taking turns

being the only bidder on a mountain of valuable merchandise. I think it can be fun again, but not under this

automatic system. Let's try it for special ocassions; Velentine's Day etc. They need to be better prepped and

pumped. It'll happen again. Not to worry.

    I'll bid $75.
