I called two weeks ago-No samples Yet???

Hi I am new to this forum so when I called two weeks ago on your number I was connected to a girl in

your c/s dept. in your Colorado office to request my samples. She was very nice and polite and took all the

information but I to date I haven't received anything. Can you tell me if my information was misplaced or is it

normal for two to three
weeks on delivery time? Tks Neil

This time of the year with all

the Christmas mail and a couple holidays? I am not surprised. If you don't have it in a few more days you should

send Bruce an e-mail.

I imagine this has been worked out

by now, but whenever there is a problem with an order, the best thing to do is send an email

to:

Tammy runs through all the emails daily

(usually twice a day) and she is the one who can fix things immediately.

I remain the "buck-stopper" though.

If get an answer you don't understand or feel satisfied with for any other reason, don't hesitate to write me
