Leaky bottle of primal fragrance

Hello I sent an email to the customer service department regarding the empty bottle of primal fragrance that came

with my order of the newbie special and chikara. Still haven't heard back .....in the email I wrote that I

would rather have a replacement than the money for the empty bottle. Hope you reply soon!
