I got my Chikara

gel packs yesterday. Planning on applying later on today. But my question is how much of gel pack should i apply. My

order came with the instructions for SoE gel packs and not Chikara. Is it the same recommended: half

pack?

How did you get A-1? I don't see it in

the product listing. I've read lots of good things about it, can't wait to try it. Especially when it comes to

having a girlfriend (Ex girlfriend now, I put her in the LJBF category) who has VERY bad PMS!
