Is there a
qualified chemist out there who would be willing to give me some advice? I want to make a neutral ph neutral water
soluble salt from a caustic liquid.

I have a B.S. and
M.S. in chemistry...
It sounds like you just need to add the alkaline in an equimolar ratio to neutralize the
solution. Does the ionic atmosphere strength matter? Are you going to crystallize the salt? Do you have any
equipment to rinse the salt? What are your purity requirements? Is this going to feed a secondary reaction? Do
you have any wet chemistry experience?
