    Default Relaxation mones

    visit-red-300x50PNG
For some time now, I am

suffering from effects of prolonged stress due to lack of sleep and other emotional factors.

    Instead of going

via internal medication route, I am looking for mones/fragrances to keep my mind in a relaxed state. In other words,

I would like to move away from the "flight or fight" response to a calm state of mind through use of

    mones/fragrances.

Now, SOE does a pretty good job from my testing. However, it almost always put me to sleep.

    Are there any alternatives?

    Cheers

    I think Chikara or

WAGG would help with relaxation. I sometimes put WAGG on before I meditate.

The old version of Realm could

be relaxing too, but I understand the people who developed that product has licensed its manufacture to another

company and the scent has changed. I'm not familiar with the new version so can't give a good recommendation on it

    right now.

I'd say take a tip from the good

doctor and try some of his wonderful Pheros, it is very calming and of course all natural. Also you might

want to check out these old threads for other non-phero natural/weird ways to help

    relax:

This is something for all you

    experimenters!

    You beat me to it.

Pheros is the most relaxing, stress-managing product offered here, IMHO. It even contains chamomile and

valerian which work by smell as well.

Chikara (which has unique feel good benefits) and (comforting) WAGG are

next, and would be good to combine with it.

Stay away from A1, PI, and NPA, which are great products, but not

    for that.

I agree with the reference to WAGG and it's also one of the better

smelling mones offered next to Pheros.

Tks guys. I have WAGG but I've never

tried it by itself. I'll apply a couple of dabs under my nose today. Next step, I'll get Pheros from

    DST.

    Cheers
