The oils would create transdermal
absorption I think, which would then defeat the purpose of the water-base carrier to prevent absorption.

So if I don't like the
waterbased coverscent I am basically lost?
I could of course used the scents from Goth Rosary
(http://www.gothrosary.com) since they seems to be carried in water, but the problem AFAIK would still be
that the scents use essential oils (with some sort of emulsifier to blend it in water) which would to some extent be
absorbed through the skin anyway.
Wouldn't the same be with the coverscent that is shipped with Perception?
If it uses any sort of essential oil (even if it is dilluted in water), the oil would still go through the skin,
wouldn't it? The question is, even if the oil penetrates the skin, would it really drag the pheromones through the
skin with it?

It seems like the stuff you want to
use should be okay since it is basically water too.
Another thing that has been recommended has been applying
the cover and the pheromones next to each other but not on top of one another.
