just out of curiousity when

people have banned users by their name does that mean they have been naughty and been banned from the forum, if so

why are they still allowed to post, and why has franki got banned user by his name i thought he was the moderaor?

They aren't allowed to

post.
Franki resigned as moderator many months ago.

Yes, that means

they were either very naughty or did something sort of marginal and chose not to negotiate with us about being

readmitted. Once someone is banned, they can't post until they get unbanned. Franki was a moderator and got

demoted to normal user, then later got banned.
