you to approach any woman you find interesting/attractive and start a conversation. The more you do this, the more

successful you will become with women.

Stay away from drugs, alcohol,

tobacco, TV, video games, junk food and religion.
Porn is a waste of time. Shy girls are hot. Party girls are

a bore. Condoms are your friend. Sex is double edged. Don’t let it whip you.
Love is full of contradictions.

Deal with it. It's never perfect, but it's always better than emptiness.
Read lots of good books and get lots

of healthy exercise.
Math and language skills will always be useful. History will open your eyes. Classic

literature will make you deep.
Make friends with doctors, nurses, lawyers, paralegals, mechanics,

electricians and anybody else with specialized skills. Stay away from addicts, thugs, users, abusers, fanatics and

depressives.
Self-discipline is the key to personal freedom. Self-motivation is the key to personal

power.
If you’re a sheep, expect to get fleeced. Learn all you can about culture, but stay wild at heart.

Don’t let anybody tame you.
It’s best to run in packs, but don’t be afraid to strike out on your own.
