installed this? I have after formatting my harddrive and reinstalling windows xp. It loads and does everything but

auto protects. I have gone through all the tech support stuff and did as they asked, but still I cannot get it to

work. It keeps saying system error. Does anyone here know what is up with this stupid program?

    yes it is very frustrating,

the thing should work out of the box and come with all the necessary files to work properly. If you want to talk to

support they charge ya by the minute for help getting their stuff to work.

Sometimes uninstalling, deleting the directory, rebooting then re-installing it will fix that problem.

    Just uninstall it, delete the

registry keys, and the whole folder.
Download another copy of it to make sure that installation is not

    corrupt.
    And install it again.
