the time limit? I hate having to wait to respond to a second PM just because I can type fast and it hasn't been a

full 60 seconds since I PM'd last.

Yeah, I can't keep up with all of Elana's PMs that she keeps

I just changed it to 20 seconds.

The idea is to make it difficult to spam. I don't know if we ever had that problem anyway, but let's try it at 20

and see what happens.

I believe there is an option here to put a user you don"t like

on "ignore". That should stop unwanted PM's from that person I guess..
