I think I know why, my guess: If I

look at the same list that you mention, I can never see your name, nor can I see Elana's name or SRH's name, The

asterisk means you can see yourself in that list, but others can't find your name there because you are

invisible..

there's really no prize.) The asterisk next to your name indicates that you are in invisible mode. Although, you

are the only person to see it. To everybody else you're, well, invisible.

The asterisk next to your name

means you are currently in invisible mode. As has been said, only you can see yourself (and the MODS can too). To

change the setting go to your control panel (User CP) and select "Edit Options". The first one listed in "Use

Invisible Mode". If this is checked you are invisible...if not then you will be listed as normal.

While

you're there might as well review the other settings...
