Yes, but it was pretty funny when he woke up as a frat

I liked the story, but I didn't think either ending was quite right. I wish the guards would've broken in

before he had a chance to "do his thing". This would have ended the movie with an apropriate measure of

    uncertainty.

One of my favorites. Very creative. At first I didn't even

    recognize Cameron Diaz.

    I didn't recognize here either.

About half-way through the movie, I asked my wife; "um, who is that woman with the curly red brown hair anyway? She

    looks familiar."

    Adaptation was good, too. I

    love Spike Jonze's work.

    Can't get past Diaz, though.

“Dirty Pretty Things” is out on

video. A realistic drama, with surreal undertones, about immigrants trying to survive London’s wicked underside.

Great story. Great acting and perfect casting. Audry Tatou (star of “Amilee”) plays and innocent Turkish girl that

everybody tries to exploit. Sergi Lopez (costar of “My Friend Harry”) plays an excellent bad guy. Some British actor

I’ve never seen before plays a Nigerian doctor running away from his past.
Shocking ending and one of the

greatest lines I’ve ever heard in a movie:
“Why haven’t I seen you people before?”
    “You never see us.

We’re the people that drive your cabs, clean your rooms, and suck your c@#$.”

    The documentary Control

    Room
was an excellent, honest film about truth, honesty, and balance in war journalism; as well as the battle

for these goods, in context of the Iraq war.

A lot of people are comparing it to Fahrenheit 9/11; and

for a good reason, due to the similarity in subject matter. The pacing and filmmaking was perhaps a little better in

Control Room; although 9/11 was perhaps slightly more ambitious and difficult.

    Although staunch

    conservatives are sure to dislike the film, since conservatism is partly a mental trait and cognitive habit;

independent-minded lovers of free information should find much reason to admire it.

Good. I've heard great things about "The Village", but my gf hates creepy stuff, so I

guess our next movie will be "Collateral".

"The Blind Swordsman: Zatoichi" was very entertaining. It's Beat

Takeshi's remake of an old series. If you've seen some of the originals you'll really appreciate the satire. The

    ending is a gas.

    Default Hero

    Holmes is a tool for

having a full PM box (just kidding, buddy), so I'll tell this to everyone:

    Hero

    Have you seen it? I

watched it yesterday, and it was a very well-made movie. I am amazed at the special effects (never seen anything

like it...not the Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon-like stuff but the arrows and the colors and stuff). Great movie.

You should see it. I thought the subtitles would bother me, but they did a great job of translating it into

    English. Pretty cool overall.

    No, but some friends

of mine saw it last night. I haven't heard what they thought, but I do want to check it out.

    I'm waiting

for The Life Aquatic (Bill Murray back to his old self) and The Aviator.

    Oh, and XXX2.

    Smile

    Instead of

going out with my friends tonight. My little girl and I were bonding spending some quality time tonight insted! so

we had pop corn and rootbeer (her fave drink) we were watching *13 going on 30* one of the cuttest movies

ever. Definitely a Chick's movie as some guys might say (haha) we really liked it. She's (my little girl) growing

so fast makes me sad in a way because to me that is exactly what she will always be ( my little girl no matter what

age she is) and it was cute having her laugh with me of some of the scenes in the movie. Her laugh makes me feel

happy is such a great feeling she's one happy little girl and that makes me feel good.

She acts so much like me some times it's funny but she has her own personality and she's very

unique but I find it so amazing to see some of me in her. She likes me to tuck her in and read her a bed time-story

every night until she falls asleep and even though there's times I'm not in the mood I always do.. Tonight while

we were watching this movie it made me realized those moments are actually the best moments of her life as well as

mine because once the time is gone we can't get it back! and having those sweet short memories of us spending time

together, reading her a story, tucking her in at night, kissing her forehead and saying I love you & hearing her

sweet voice saying I love you to Mommy are some of the best moments in my life and those sweet memories are captured

in my heart as well in my mind until the day I die... What a wonderfull feeling she gives me, what a wonderful thing

is to be a Mommy of such a loving little girl.

Yeah I guess this movie did a little

more to me because I used to be in such rush to grow up but once I got there I wish I was young all over again and

to see my kid rushing to grow up too sort of makes me sad because I wish she wouldn't.. I wish she could stay the

age she is now and be with me forever... (okay Im crying now..) Sorry I'm a bit emotional tonight and I think it's

showing.. But those who are parents can relate to what I'm rumbling about..

    BTW she is

sleeping with me tonight and I enjoy this more than her to tell you the truth! although she basically takes the

whole bed and I end up at the edge I enjoy her little arms hugging me during the night. But this only happens every

once in a while because if we make this a habit than is hard to get her back in her bedroom again and I need my

privacy too. Anyway, I will stop here now I just had an emotional moment. My next movie is Saving Private Ryan. Not

sure if I really want to start watching this tonight.. I'm a cry Baby and not ashame to admit it and as much as I

suffer watching movies like those I really enjoy them a lot! I watched Man Of Honor for the 1st time sometime last

week and OMG awesome Movie!! And NOOO I didn't drop a tear in this movie!,,,, (okay I'm lying) I couln't stop my

    tears from falling...

    Hugs to you all

WoW Sky Captain and the World of

Tomorrow will become a classic. The whole retro look of the film is amazing, it felt like I was watching a actual

movie from the 30s combined with giant robots, Ray Guns, and a Flash Gordon type hero. To those that don't know

this movie it is entirely computer-generated only the actors are real. The dialogue and acting could have been

better but I can see they were trying to go for a comic-book serial. This is one of those movies you have to see on

the big screen so don't wait till DVD, I highly recommend it.
