Scratch and dent, Returned products, bargains?

I recall a while back you (LS) were doing auctions for "used" (returned) or damaged products at reduced

prices. As I'd love to try many of the LS products, but am also a cheapo (not to mention not wanting to get stuck

with a product I find out I hate after one sniff/try), I was wondering if you have any formal plans to offer

"damaged but useable" (eg bad box, bad label, dented caps), "too few left to list," samples, or used but good

products at discounts again?

Also, on the "used"/returns: do/did you have any way of assuring the quality

has/had not been affected? Product tampered with, etc?
