You might laugh, but the best thing I ever did for my butt was to practice ejaculation control, which
when done properly, is an isometric butt exercise (not a PC muscle exercise, like many think). So I exercise my butt
rigorously almost to the point of muscle failure most times I have an orgasm, which, you know... It's like one
intense maximum rep on a weight machine you do almost every day or whatever. Think about it.
When you conserve
semen you also increase your vitality and sexual potency. How often you should ejaculate varies with age.
As long
as you're getting your protein in addition to that... You can also take l-glutamine to enhance your proteins. They
don't call it GLUTamine for nothin. BUTT that's beside the point.
My whole life I've had no ass. I could do
high weight squats like a linebacker, but I never really noticed an even development in the muscle until I started
this. When I went to the weight room I used to shock football guys who saw me with my skinny white man baloney
no-ass throwing as many plates on the squat machine as they did. I wanted ass like a black man, BUTT it was

Saw an Increase in Butt Size in 1 Week
I am a woman who 3 weeks ago decided it was time to shape up and enlargen my bottom, so I searched the

I found out about the Woman's Body Bible by Adrianna Bocanegra. You
have to do exercises such as donkey kicks and others, eat right, lots of protein, cut out junk food, and others that
they describe in the book.
Some tricks were to mix fish oil (use gel caps) with Vitamin E and rub on your butt
twice a day. It increases the fat in your buttocks.
The fish oil can rob your body of Vitamin E that is why you
want to mix it with Vitamin E to replace what may be lost.
I saw a difference within a week of doing the
exercises (with 5 pound ankle weights) and using the fish oil/vitamin E.
I can know proudly say that I am the
owner of a round ample bottom.
You only have to do a program for about a month. It definitely works. I have one
week left and plan on sticking to the program well after the month.

are universal things that apply.
