At $17.98 for 90 caps, it seems fairly priced because of the range of ingredients. I know the Piracetam dose is pretty low compared to how much most people take. But I thought maybe the other cholinergics sp? would make up for that. After all, even too much Acetylcholine is a bad thing.

I was also thinking this could be a perfect product to just add a little piracetam to if it would help. However, I was thinking of taking this by itself for now. Partly to see what the personal effect on me would be like & partly b/c of the cost.

I\'ve not used nootropics before except Adrafinil, but that has a different purpose.

Personally, I\'d avoid it because it has too much choline. That turns into DMAE and that gives me unpleasant jitters. Also DMAE encourages premature ejaculation.

The other ingredients are great - especially the vinpocetine.

Such a low dose of choline caused problems for you? The average daily dietary intake of choline is 400-900 mg.

Some athletes have tried mega-doses of choline (15+ grams) and just ended up with GI distress.

I tried DMAE &amp; didn\'t notice anything at all. I didn\'t take it very long though.

What the hell is a nootropic. I don\'t need pills for girls to say no to me.

The dosages for the bottom three are too low for 3 capsules a day...they should equal per day: Piracetam 2400mg
Vinepocetine 30mg
Huperzine A 200mcg
I reccomend buying them seperate. they will be cheaper that way. www.iherb.com, www.sherwyns.com have all three cheap.
