place to let off steam or make demands and threats. If for whatever reason you are angry about something, do not

post here in an attempt to make yourself feel better at our expense. Write me a private email (not a PM) and

identify yourself, your order and your problem. If we can't come to some kind of cordial understanding, I will make

absolutely certain that you get your money back asap.
