I am from Singapore

and Im trying to place an order. However I am not sure which shipping method to choose.
1) Since all the shipping

writes international, does that mean I can choose any one(ie the cheapest one)? Cos it writes US postal

service and im not sure if its only for US residents.
2) Furthermore, express,1st class, priority all sound the

same to me, so why the huge difference in price?
3) I see a 1x0.1lbs, so the shipping charge is based on the

weight? I do not really understand how to calculate.
4) Is credit card by paypal safer?
5) Do I need to convert

US dollars to Singapore dollars? Can I know the final price in Singapore dollars before confirming the

purchase?
