Why do most mixes have two ingredients with the
same pheromone in them?
I have been looking at the cookbook and thinking what I could try and it
seems to me that most of these mixes have two products that share the exact same pheromone! For instance, JB1 is
APC + NPA @ 7:3, when they both have the same pheromone... so basically this is just a "smells good NPA". But PI/m,
RM, NPA, all have the same single pheromone in them... and at almost the same concentration - so what's the point
of mixing any of these?! I don't get it. Anyone care to enlighten me? Why would two products containing none at
almost the same concentrations work better than either alone? This sounds like placebo effect to me.
