I am
going to start using SOE and experiment to find out the dosage thats right for me. I am thinking about using 5"of
SOE on each arm. Would that be an ok dosage to start with or would a higher dosage be better for me?
I am 34,
Caucasian and am about 78kg(not sure what that is in lbs). Will be working inside all day and I am usually a quiet
shy guy that doesn't open up to people easily.
