For the ppl at lovescent

guys
Sucks that my first post here is kinda negative.
I mailed my order to lovescent about 3 weeks ago. Since
then, i've had no replies about whether you received it or not. So I emailed Tammy a week ago, asking her whether
she'd received my order. I had got no reply. I emailed Bruce soon after, and no reply either.
The money I spent
on the pheros is quite a lot, by my country's standards. Blew quite a big hole in my wallet. I think it's pretty
reasonable for me to make sure that it reached the person it was intended to reach (lovescent).
The reason I
decided to buy from lovescent is cause of its (according to ppl in this forum) excellent customer service. But so
far I haven't really seen much evidence of it.
I don't mean to rip on you guys, but could you please look into
the matter, and actually reply my email next time? Thank you very much!

Sorry it took so long.
Tammy has been very busy lately.
I answer my email regularly, but I just noticed that the email listed for me in
the customer service thread top was out of date. I just fixed it; should begin with "bboyd" not the previously used
"bruce".
