level mean? on the returned goods page.I seen a bottle of PF that says low level not used?.

\"not full,\" \"half-full,\" \"half-empty,\" etc.

says they are not entirely full. What makes them different from other things on that page is that they have *not*

been used. They probably leaked on the way to our warehouse.
