Hi
Folks,
I finally got some time to put up all the new gel packets so they can be purchased in bunches like we have
been doing with the men\'s SOE for a while now. (see link above)
We now have:
SOE/men
SOE/UNscented (same
pheros as the men\'s)
SOE/women
Edge/men
Edge/women
Still 2 more to come next week I hope.

2 questions:
Are the
TE gel packets for him sandalwood-scented and is the -none scent detectable?
Are the unscented SOE gel packets
really scentless or do they have some phero scent that may be noticed?

\"Unscented\"
doesn\'t really mean \"Scentless\" .. it\'s more like \"no added scent\" ... mones have their own smell so
any product that contains them will smell like those mones if nothing else ... PI/m, for example, is an
\"unscented\" product but that doesn\'t mean you won\'t know it if you spill half the bottle on the floor ...

Jeb,
The Edge/men
packets are the sandalwood version and the Edge/women are the vanilla version. You can definitely smell the aNONE
in there, but I think it is very manageble if you don\'t use too much at one time.
I would love to hear from
anyone who has the UNscented SOE packets. What do you think of the smell? It is mostly aNOL, so it shouldn\'t
be too strong or require much to cover it, but Cuddles is right, \"unscented\" just means there is no added
fragrance.

Bruce,
I\'ve
tested the unscented SOE gel-packs the last couple of nights.
I did notice one thing in particular that is
probably worthy of mention. The first night that I applied it, I rather hastily and vigorously rubbed it in on the
skin on the undersides of my arms. They were dry at the time and I noted a slight Androgen scent on my hands
afterwards.
The following night I opted to apply it on my chest which was still a bit wet following a shower. I
rubbed it in more slowly and less vigorously this time, and it seemed to minimize the detectable smell there at the
outset.
I think that you can \"burn\" the stuff (for lack of a better word) by employing too much friction when
applying it on dry skin. I believe I\'ve noticed the same effect occurring with the scented gel and liquid too.
Maybe it\'s some rapid conversion of either the Nol or Rone, I don\'t know. But to minimize detectability
I\'d definitely recommend applying it slowly with minimal pressure on moist skin.

Hey Oscar - you don\'t
write airport porn novels as a side gig by any chance, do you?

Sacagoo,
I guess I
could IF I put my mind to it, but I don\'t suppose that the word \"minimal\" would fit in there very well. A
\"feathery\" kind of adjective would probably better suit the purpose.
You have a keen, discerning eye for
literary prowess.
Thanks! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I should know more
about the \"big surprise\" by tomorrow evening. It is yet another gel pack of course, modeled after an existing
popular product.

Anything to report?
I tested the SOE
unscented. Can\'t say I got any responses, but really was impressed with its lack of scent.
Also tried Edge
Gel. Does anyone else think it needs more sandalwood in there (even if it is the FO)? Even straight out of the
packet I thought it smelled a little like cat piss and needed covering.

Good point on the Edge.
I think a lot of sandalwood Edge fans don\'t consider the fragrance a complete cover, but just a starter. That
leaves you with 2 options; use with another cover or use very small amounts like you would uncovered Primal for
example.
About the \"big surprise\"; there seems to be a snag in production.

Perhaps the
next run of Edge you can up the sandalwood content and put a divider in the middle (Oscar, 2004). A user-friendly
version, sort of speak /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I\'m going to
use 1/2 a packet of Scented SoE Gel (I\'ve gotten good results with it) with 1/4 packet of TE Gel, I\'ve never
tried TE but I\'m hoping it\'ll be a good combination. Any suggestions?

Yeah don\'t be afraid
to overdose on TE. Use liberarly, no I am not joking I am being serious here. Apply a good amount of TE, to your
hidden sections, like your bare chest and so forth, and apply a bit on the face and skin.

I\'ve found
that 1/2 pack of TE works well for me. The sandalwood doesn\'t cover the none smell to my nose, but if you use it
w/ the SOE gel then you should be fine. If you use a 1/2 pack of each you should be good to go, but you could
always carry the rest of your SOE pack w/ you as a back up if you like.

That is what I try to do but - with the SOE at
least - it sometimes accidently squeezes out in my pockets and putting in back in the wallet is an absolute
no-no.
Do you think that if I transfered these to an old mini purell bottle, they would keep? They would get
exposed to oxygen in the process. I assume this is what renders open gel packets useless after a few weeks.

I haven\'t tried it yet, but I got a couple of mini zip lock
bags to carry open packets in, about 1 x 1.5 inches in size. I was planning to close the packet by folding it over
several times and puting a paperclip on it, then for an extra precaution, put it in the small ziplock bag. That way,
if it does leak, it won\'t make a mess and will be salvagable.

It\'s real
simple guys...fold the open end over a few times and slip it into your front pocket. I\'ve never had a
problem w/ them, myself. Why anyone would put an open gel pack in their wallet is beyond me.
