We all

celebrate the Irish Saint Patrick\'s Day here in the USA.

Not that we\'re all Irish or of Irish descent but

rather as a celebration of the ability of America\'s culture to turn even the Irish into decent citizens and

neighbors.

Where else in the world has that happened?

So we all customarily try to act Irish for a day.
