Am I headed for

a heart attack?

Depends

on who you talk to. Some people, such as the Atkins dieters don\'t seem to think so and have a lot of results that

seem to prove it. Conventional wisdom says you are though. Real butter is better for you than any of those

margarines.

That\'s what I\'m thinking.

I have been

exercising several times a week since Jan. first. And as it gets warmer I\'m going to start walking daily.

And more fresh vegetables.

You\'ll be fine, I\'m the same.

Just make sure you eat a well balanced diet in decent proportions (fruit

and veg. thin your blood, and also give you a lot of energy. Oh, and cereals), and do good exercise (try to get out

of breath - properly - once a day).

At least you are using the real stuff and not that horrible trans fat

crap. In moderation that won\'t hurt you. Try adding some good fats to your diet like Olive Oil, which is great

for your Omega 3 fatty acids.

I know that I have told you this before, but you really should get a juicer.

Stay the hell away from packaged foods and only eat whole

foods.

Correct...and if you choose this path, stay away from dangerous nitrates that you find in cured

meats like bacon, sausage and cold cuts. Try to only get that stuff from a health food store. Avoid nitrates!

Our evolution

hasn\'t adapted to stuff like that (nitrates) and all of the chemicals that they have in soda and these artificial

sweetners an butters. Fat we\'ve been dealing with since the beginning of time.

You need to drink 20 cups of

water for every cup of soda you drink to restore hydration in cells.

They claim that they

are doing it to make it more popular with doctors and the health industry. They don\'t change their claims about

the original Atkins diet.
