I am a pretty skinny guy,

is having a nice, muscular body that important to women? I have been told it would help greatly in getting women,

but I would like to know what the women on this forum feel about it.

Also, a good reason for this question is

that if I am ever some place where I can meet women like the mall, I am thinking it would be hard to \"pick up\"

women that don\'t know my personality yet, and only judge my looks.

Take what you aleady

have and make it better, but don\'t think you have to become something you\'re not. You don\'t! Skinny, toned

guys have their wombed followers, for sure.

Manchorito,

I

was skinny in highschool. Real skinny. Just gaining weight in my twenties was enough to improve things for me. Then

I started doing basic workouts. Nothing too stressful, just enough to make gains. And that improved things

too.

Women, even on this forum, have mentioned before that a common thing they\'ll hear their girlfriends

say is \"Nahhhh, he\'s too skinny!\" when checking out guys.

There are definitely exceptions, some women

go for toned and skinny like the good doc says, some even don\'t care what body you have. Want to improve your

chances?? Improve your manliness so to speak.

Don\'t think \"Muscle Man\". Think \"Hunk\". And move

yourself closer to that goal over time. In a realistic manner.

The doc said it: \"Take what you aleady have

and make it better...\" (The doc is stereotypically chinese today it appears.

muscular is always good but

that doesn´t mean having huge bulging biceps a la Arnie S. ! Lean and muscular is what I like - healthy and fit.

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif I find places like the mall to be bad some of the time because so

many people, myself included are so busy running around getting their shopping done and are kinda stressed out. Go

to a nice pub/bar. Travelling on a train is fun too you always end up talking to someone and maybe more than that

Most Hollywood hunks

are skinny and toned, except for Clooney. So look at it as a positive, and it will be perceived that way. I\'ve

seen a lot of what I would consider hot women with skinny guys, I\'m tellin\' ya.

But having tone and

definition works best for me. They seem to pick up on it after one or two workouts, if I\'ve been lazy recently.

Other than keeping you in shape, it makes you feel good. Oh, and drink a ton of milk and eat a

For what Manchiro was

concerned about, he is having trouble because he is not confident in life and isn\'t sure of how to get a female,

not because he is skinny.

I\'d recommend he just read some books I guess (not those seductions get laid things)

Although I\'ve just

started on L-Glutamine, it appears to be helping me recover faster.
Also, if I did weights for a couple of weeks

I found my immune system suffering. Glutamine seems to have stopped that completely. ...Which reminds me of a

question for the health forum!

I could also mentioned that I\'m gaining weight since too, but I\'m also

taking an extra protein supplement.

L-Glutamine is a great

immune-booster and, as I learned embarrassingly recently, essential for working out.

Other products to check

out: Protein powder (Myoplex), Creatine (Cell Tech, V-12), ZMA, Methoxy-7 (Methoxy Pro), Nitro Tech.

All good

stuff.

1. L Glutamine
2. Protien powder
3. Creatine
4. Pro Hormone (1- AD,

Be careful with the pro hormones, but if you have the top three in palce the pro hormones used correctly

will give you huge gains, but DO NOT abuse them!!!!!! or else testosterone crash, not fun!

Yeah, but the

theory/science behind it is that the more water your muscles can hold for a workout, the less fatigued they get, the

longer they can work before reaching exhaustion, the quicker they can recover, and the more gains you see from your

workouts.

I\'ve never used it, though. I have a secret weapon: GRANDMA

She\'s fed me for the past few

most supplimentation

is a waste of time if you do not put some serious effert into working out. It is very exspensive. If you have a

reasonably good balanced diet all you are doing is making your pee more exspensive. Most people here are probably

not pro body builders so they don\'t need all of those pills. Exercise is really the key to losing weight gaining

muscle etc..Although some amino acids help recovery between workouts the rest of the stuff is a temporary thing

unless you continue to put hundreds of dollars a month into suppliments for the rest of your life. Trust me I was

heavily into the body building thing in my 20\'s and 30\'s and I was ripped. But now that I have a very

demanding career I cannot put in the time to maintain it on that level anymore and now I am back to being in good

shape but not magazine cover material anymore. So I look back and figured out what I spent on supps thru the years

and I could have bought a pretty nice sports car or something.anyway look at your body type if your skinny increase

the amount of proper food you eat and lift weights to gain mass. It really is a simple concept but the pill

manufaturers want you to spend money on their products. To back up what I have said just look at back issues of

muscle and fitness. Go back like 10years all the different pills they ranted and raved about none of those are any

good anymore they created new ones that are not proven to do anything all pure speculation. But if it helps your

psychy to pop a magic pill to turn yourself into atlas its your call.
