...still waiting for that

bargain-sized A1 (or should I say accessably-priced?). ...Biggest unmet product need, IMHO. Unlike the other chemset

pheros, A1 virtually isn\'t otherwise available. Everyone would buy it if it wasn\'t near 100.00 for the only

version of it, and some more big ones would probably sell if people had a chance to acquire a taste.

I think I checked this out before,

and as I remember, it is just a matter of waiting until it is time to reorder. Definitely good idea though. I just

need to put a sticky note on my forhead so I don\'t forget.

I think if it was affordable,

most of us women would buy A1 just to keep it around for PMS-y times, and thus save our men much trouble.

It definitely cost a lot, but one

bottle should last quite a few years. What\'s 20 bucks or so a year to make you comfortable during that time of

the month?

It\'d be good in an atomizer

-- not the wimpy ones, but the pressurized ones with range like the police use in pepper spray. We could take it to

work and clubs with us. Or put it in a crop duster, for that matter.

Bruce, just curious what

the details of this would be? size(oz), strength(how much mg), and delivery technique(drop, spray, roll on).

I

have become some what of an A-1 addict.

Bruce

I always figured it would be the

same basic format; just a bottle half the size, but I have to check with the maker. Maybe it would make more sense

to use the same or similarly sized bottle with 1/2 the concentration.

What say ye on that issue?

Bottle,

I frankly don\'t know

whether you are blind or not, but I will tell you that the link for A-1 isn\'t on the L-S site, if that will put

your mind at ease. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

A man in a fez walking a sheepdog will

shortly pass by your front door.
You must say to him, \"Lovely day, isn\'t it?\"
He will reply, \"You\'ve

got the link in your PM\'s.\"
At which point you must kiss the dog.
I\'ve made this as easy as I possibly

could, the rest is up to you!

I\'d favor a very low concentration product, like an A1 Edge, or at the most twice as strong

as Edge (which would still be 1/4 current strength). My observation has been that A1 is normally used in very small

quantities, but seems to be used consistently and faithfully by those who own it, despite the sensitivity many have

to A1. This suggests high volume/low concentration, like Edge compared to NPA. I personally found that the chem set

version was too strong, except for use in mixing, as I am adversely sensitive to A1 in moderate to high doses. A lot

of folks are. This all points to a low concentration product. As it is not the primary mone on folks\' priority

list, I bet customers would also respond very well to a very reasonably priced product. I do admit to being a little

self-serving here, but I\'d like to hear from other A1-philes on these issues. Speak up!

A little goes a

long way and \"provides a valuable service.\" None of the bitchy women at my last 9-5\'er bothered me when I had

A1 on! It was great! But it\'s been a long time since I owned A1, as much as I love it, because of the cost

despite being a secondary -mone. The cost just doesn\'t fit the product as it stands. I\'d love to pay

29.99!

Using the same bottle would be great (love those large chem set bottles!), as that saves everyone

costs, and as A1 users probably don\'t care about the bottle. Those who report huge successes with high doses can

just apply more or take the dropper lid off for Edge-sized dabs.

CptKipling

But a lower concentration

almost rules out mixing with high conc. products.

PlayerINtraining
03-04-2004, 04:20 PM
When I wrote unscented,

I ment, that there should not be any scented oils added, like yang lang, etc. Just as there are plenty of pheremone

products that have a scent added to them like The edge has a sandlewood scent, PI has yang lang, SOE is scented etc.

Ok not

exactly, but it means that you would\'t have the overall dilution under as much control.

DrSmellThis

Fair enough, but many of us

apply A1 separately. And if there was just a little A1 in the mix, which is the way I\'ve done it (to minimize

side effects), the inconvenience would seem trivial.

This way, more importantly, people atleast have the option

of applying small amounts or spreading it around.

I just ordered another

A1 bottle, I got this 8 oz bottle of cologne from bath and body works that smells really good for only ten bucks. I

am going to dump the whole A1 bottle in it and shake it well to mix it. The only thing that sucks is that the scent

fades in about 3 hours as opposed to 4 like most colognes, either that or I just adjust to the scent and dont

realize it. I am going to keep it in my desk at work so I can reapply as needed.

If all the faithful A1

users got a bottle, we would probably be able to get the cheaper version quicker. I also diluted my current bottle

with perfumers alchol so i have a spray that I apply before I apply my cologne when I am at home. I have a huge

rotation of colonges since I found that I can buy them at huge discounts online. So far the best site is

scentiments.com if any one knows of a cheaper one, or a cologne that alot of women compliment you on. Please post

away. So far I have had the most compliments from Mambo by liz claiborne, best thing is...it is dirt cheap for a

3.5oz tester. To me it doesnt smell that strong, but since ladies really like it, I like it. A much better way to

select a cologne is if ladies like it, since thats why we are all on this freaking site anyways.

So from what I gathered from this

thread, A1 puts women in better moods? How does it differ from the main 3? Just curious. Thanks!

silksand
03-08-2005, 07:02 PM
Reviving this old thread to say that I'd also be very interested in a more affordable way to try A1. I've just

started using Realm for Women for PMS because of its reputed A1 content, and finding it helpful, but the fragrance

leaves a lot to be desired (or covered up!) I think there would be a big market for this product if it were priced

so as to encourage experimentation. For someone like me, just starting out in the world of pheros, the current price

is an obstacle.

By the way, thanks to Oscar for his Live Help last week and his suggestions about A1 and

lots of other helpful ideas ;)

silksand,

Thanks for the kind

words!

There is a half strength (.5mg/mL) version of A1 available.
On the

Androstadienone page (http://love-scent.com/product_info.php?ref=66&products_id=64) there is a box where

you can choose the reduced strength A1 for $49.95.

Oscar :)
