pinched nerves, anything i

can do to help one till i can go to the doctor tomorrow? I did it getting a dvd out of the played when i leaned

over... im too young to have back problems... ugh.. this is the 3rd this year, different spots each time but i know

a pinched nerve when i feel one now >.< always had the Dr. to run to, this time i gotta wait all night, and

Try heat and ice

alternating every tewenty minutes... I went through that last year ( long painful road to fix the under lying

problem /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif ) But that seemed to help. Oh yeah... stay flat on your
