Don\'t tilt your head slightly to the left.
Seriously, you probably
slept on it wrong. Take some ibuprofen and it\'ll probably be better tomorrow.

I get that fairly often.
Sometimes it helps me to get into a hot shower and let the hot water spray down on the sore part...get those
muscles loosened up. It sure feels good while I\'m in the shower....then the hot water runs out way too
soon......

Devils in disguise. Every person I know who goes to a chiropracter *strangely enough* NEEDS
to keep going back for some inexplicable reason.
It\'s all quick-fix stuff. Just my opinion, however.

Because it feels so good,
Its like oiling a rusty screw. Your really relaxed and loose afterward and the pain goes away. BTW if it wasnt real
then why would insurance compainies cover the cost?

That\'s true.
Chiropractic manipulation can actually be dangerous.
Acupuncture is a better choice. Massage is good,
too.

I have never thought of accupuncture for neck and back pain. I will have to try it. I have
chronic neck pain. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

If you have someone you really trust, great. But in the hands of a someone
who doesn\'t know what he/she is doing, there are risks (dissected vertebral artery, etc.) Just so\'s ya
know.

Yep. I once had a case on a man who became quadriplegic, due to a chiro
treatment.

After a work related injury
my employer sent me to one. Several weeks later, when I couldn\'t hardly lift my hands over my head any longer, I
went to a sports medicine clinic. It took months for them to undo the problems caused by the original injury and an
incompetent chiropractor. However, I do understand that there are some out there that are really good.
