hey guys,
I sent out over

the last 3 days or so several emails to Bruce@.. (\"Bruce@..\"),

support@... (\"support@...\"), and questions@... (\"questions@...\") about the status

of my order, but yet as of now I am in the dark. Does it often take this long for a response?

This is not normal. If it

is right, you should get a response withing 12 hours, because Bruce is online a lot.

Papa,

We keep getting your emails and we keep answering them, and then

you write again asking the same question. Not only that but your \"over the last 3 days or so\" started with your

first email at 7:48 Friday night!!!! Tammy wrote you a nice response on Saturday!!!! And I just wrote you AGAIN

on Sunday afternoon when I should be sitting on the couch reading a book, and now you are announcing to the world

that we don\'t answer our email. Exqueeze me? Check your email pal, and your facts too while you are at

it.

Sincerely,
Bruce

I can vouch for

the exceptional quality of the customer service from L-S. I placed an order yesterday around 7 pm, e-mailed Tammy

re: a special request w/ the order and got an affirmative response from her around 9 pm. And she is supposed to be

on vacation until Tuesday. Bruce, Tammy and the whole crew at L-S kick a$$!

Bruce-

You go boooooooooyyyyyyyy!

Sag,

Actually, I goofed

on that vacation schedule. She is leaving *next* Saturday and returning the following Tuesday.

she\'ll have a WTF response when she reads my reply to her e-mail.

Nevertheless, a two hour response time on a Saturday

evening is awesome. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Just a shot in the

dark here, guys, but if Papageno is using Hotmail, it\'s under a denial-of-service attack (maybe MSN, too) right

now and not much of anything is getting through. At least, I manage some mailing lists and have been seeing failure

messages for Hotmail accounts for several days.

No problems w/ my

msn mail, don\'t know about hotmail.

It may be that since

Hotmail limits the amount of space free email accounts get, they have mostly filled up with the worm emails. I have

no idea of whether that explains this issue not. But I am definitely getting tired of deleting failure messages

from my email.

This customer\'s email

address is not a hotmail account. It looks like a permanent email address to me. I wrote him again this morning

and no response yet. I doubt he got it. He wrote in response to my post in this thread. I\'m sure he didn\'t

mean any harm. It\'s frustrating on both ends. It happens about twice a year it seems. We get a series of

increasingly angry emails, freaking out about why don\'t answer his/her emails, when in reality we are answering

them all.

Well hotels.com sent three emails to two different AOL addresses (one was my companian\'s) on

hotel confirmations, and I never got a damn thing.

I suspect it was some spam/filter control, which got a bit to

aggressive.

So sometimes mail will be sent, but the customer really isn\'t getting anything. You never know

what the filter controls are doing on the mail servers.

All L-S emails I get are put in my

\'bulk\' folder as spam even though I\'ve clicked the box \'this is not spam\' on every single one. I

don\'t know why it won\'t put them in my inbox, /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif but it happens

with about 50% of the emails I get from a friend of mine also.
Its a pain, b/c I have to go in and scan everything

in my bulk folder anyway, so whats the use? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Add L-S to you address book. Then it should go to your inbox.

Thanks SRH.... I didn\'t even think of that

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif I recently had to switch from Outlook Express, which added new

addresses automatically. Ah... the beauty of being lazy /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
