would fall for it.

I had five from Earthlink, two from eBay (on
a Korean w/s, sent by Fifine), and two from Paypal, on the same day. I also got one from Citi9bak, where I do not
have an account.

The
link goes to the REAL citibank site. The trick is the little popup window that asks you to enter your info.
And
yes I do get them in proper english also.

like they were using some browser exploit with which they can hide the real domain-name of a site from the surfer...
Pretty sneaky..
