.. three drops

of AE/w. I did not dress to impress-- no make up, a sexy little cami, but with black yoga pants.

A MAJOR hunk,

about 15 years my junior. Ripped and buffed.. but to an attractive, not grotesque degree. Attractive face, dark hair

in a long braid.

He kept staring at me, and then started following me from machine to machine-- always working

out at the next machine over. He stood in front of me and smiled, and engaged me in converasation, several times. He

tracked me around the gym for, maybe, and hour.

My face is fairly attractive, but not gorgeous. I do have a nice

shape-- but so did some of the younger, lycra clad ladies also present. So, I think it was the mones.

I

didn\'t follow up on it, because I really DO prefer men my own age. But, it was fun.

the guy who was chatting you up at the gym didn\'t disqualify YOU as a potential target based on age, then maybe

you shouldn\'t have held his age against him.
I like to think in terms of government guidelines where no

\"program participant\" should be excluded from consideration based solely on their age.

Do

the exercises and use the machines that accentuate your best physical (sexual) attributes. Some of those machines

look as though they are only SLIGHT variations on something that may have been found in the Marquis de Sade\'s own

dungeon, and an attractive woman using them can be quite arousing.
Ask for muscle boy\'s advice on using a

particular machine, he\'d probably LOVE that.

Aim toward ending your workouts by doing a couple of thousand

reps using EACH OTHER as \"variable resistance pelvic thrust machines\".

Musical accompaniement can be very

Oscar definitely has a point. And he\'s right, age really isn\'t such a huge deal these days,

regardless of gender. For me, it\'s more about whether you click or not. I had a very nice time Sat. night w/ a

woman I met who was about 10-15 years my senior. I found it to be a refreshing change of pace to converse w/ a more

mature woman. I totally misread her interest level though, judging from the kiss she laid on me before she and her

working out on my own as opposed to the gym. The gym is one of the only places where I feel completely vulnerable.

You are wearing next to nothing with mirrors all around you showing places that are reserved for intimate

encounters. Men in gyms are so obvious. I remember my gym in Gainesville had to remove the mirrors from in front of

the abductor machine, because the men would just stand behind and watch the show. I ended up hiring a personal

trainer because I thought it would take away focus. It didn\'t.

When I used to work as a dancer, our promoter

would often send a couple of us to the gym in our little outfits just to get business. We picked up so many frat

parties and bachelor shows by just going for a workout. It was too easy.

had women staring at me while I worked out... That would be such a confidence boost...and I\'d probably add

I don\'t want to get bugged at the gym. However, I don\'t want to hear Elana crying about \"Everybody was
