Maybe you can add COD (cash on
delivery) to the shipping options. That would be great for parinoid guys who don\'t want to send a money order or
peeps without a creditcard (like me...I ain\'t fallin into that trap
/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif). When I dont have the time to go to the post office I always
order using COD from www.bodybuilding.com (\"http://www.bodybuilding.com\") . Might be a good idea for
USA peeps....

I\'m not sure how the COD thing
works. Do you pay the postman? What happens if the customer refuses the package when it gets to the door?
At
Bodybuilding.com, can you order COD onlline? Or do you have to phone in?
I am all for introducing ideas to
encourage newbies to order, but I am afraid of new channels for ripoffs. The numbers of them are staggering these
days.

You can pay the postman cash for
a additional 80 cents fee or write him a check at your door ect.. You can order COD online but I suggest you do it
by phone only, to prevent fraud ect... There\'s more information at there
site.

Hey
I don\'t think that
there is a need for Bruce to offer the COD method, because even paranoid customers would look at the forum before
purchasing to see if there is anyone who complains about long over due deliveries. ( there aren\'t any are there !
? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif )
btw, if ya wanna see complains about deliveries i could
show a site....

I definitely agree with Henrix
about the trust issue. I think it\'s really cool that Bruce stands behind his product and offers personalized
support when needed. Not many people can say that. Kudos!
Phantom: Don\'t you have a debit card? I agree
that sending money through snail mail is nerve-wrecking and credit cards rip you off with the high interest, but
don\'t you have a bank account with a Visa-backed debit card you can use? They work the same as credit cards only
they take the money out of your bank account, so you can use that instead.

Nope.. Before I ordered using one
of my friends creditcards (I payed him before I did) but he confronted me later on asking what the fro was
love-scent.com.... I was pretty embarrassed lol. It\'s not really about trust, but convenience.

Man, get one of those \"free
checking accounts\", put a few bucks in it, and get your check card to use for online transactions. Hell, use it
when you go out to eat or to the store. It is the most convenient way to do these things now, and there\'s no
interest because you\'re spending your own money. Downside: you can\'t feel the money come out of your hands
when you buy stuff, so you may overspend.

Paypal sucks.. If you can avoid it,
I would do. A lot of peeps, including me have made bad experiences with Paypal.

I agree 100% with franki. I don\'t know why so many people support paypal. In some cases
(often in Ebay), you cannot even pay with any other instant method. I found it to be the most complicated way of
Credit card payments. Last time i tried to use them, they were so many complications, that it seriously made me
doubt my IQ, I felt very stupied. Seriously, if you want to avoid hassles, avoid paypal. One of my friends is a
great supporter of paypal, he does think its my IQ that is the problem
/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif. Apparently an IQ of more than 80 is needed, hence its above my
league /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

stories about PayPal, but i have now used them for around two or three years and i have NEVER experienced any
problems with them and they have ALWAYS replied to my questions in a timely manner - i\'m a happy PayPal user

I agree. Using VISA or Mastercard (or AMEX) online is pretty safe I think (despite all the bad
stories you hear about creditcards). And those debit cards are very easy to get nowadays..

Don\'t y\'all remember a
week or two ago (when we still had the Customer Questions forum) that Bruce said you could have \"Mountain
Communications\" or something similar printed on your bill instead of Love-Scent? I believe it would show up the
same way on your bank/credit card statement.
Just a thought. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I think I saw a commercial or
something that could\'ve been for UPS. The idea is like COD but with a twist. When UPS picks up the package from
the sender they give the sender the money for the product. Then when they deliver it they collect the money from the
recipient, and keep it. If he doesn\'t pay I believe they break his legs.
Dunno the limitations and all but it
sounds pretty good.
